Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Replacements
- We only provide replacements in case of defective or damaged products.
- To be eligible for replacement, you must share an unboxing video of the sealed parcel as proof.
- If approved, the replacement will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable to non-discounted, regular-priced items.
- Discounted or sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (may take time before posting).
- Contact your bank (processing delays may apply).

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to us.
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
