Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Replacements

  • We only provide replacements in case of defective or damaged products.
  • To be eligible for replacement, you must share an unboxing video of the sealed parcel as proof.
  • If approved, the replacement will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable to non-discounted, regular-priced items.
  • Discounted or sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (may take time before posting).
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may apply).

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to us.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
