Order Processing

  • All orders are shipped within 24 working hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
    • Domestic Orders (India/UAE): 3–7 business days
    • International Orders: 7–15 business days
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Certain restricted areas as per courier and customs regulations

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@rizzfits.com.
  • In cases where a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • Rizzfits is not liable for delays caused by customs.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item.
  2. Contact us immediately at support@rizzfits.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will assist with a replacement or refund based on the situation.
