Terms and Conditions

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media products (CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, cassette, vinyl record)
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
  • Sale items are non-refundable; only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before posting).
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may apply).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, please contact us at support@rizzfits.com and send your item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, refunds will be issued to the purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
